Installation progress of the new precast wall panel system is almost independent of weather conditions. A team of 2 or 3 construction workers can install up to 200 m² per day.
The rapid closure of the building condition enables floor slab construction to be brought forward.

2) Shorter Construction Period :

For the freeholder or tenant the precast concrete wall panel system is designed to shorten the construction phase and bring the warehouse or distribution centre into operation at an earlier date.
